Venue: GNAT HALL Time: 9:00am- 3:00pm. Theme: Reducing Unemployment Among the Youth with Entrepreneurship , A means to an end. Official invitation Letters will be sent to the various Districts for release of Executives. We will also want to inform all Districts to put a HOLD to all their  programs till Congress is done.
